Shilajit Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 banana (peeled and frozen)
- Peanut/almond butter (2 tablespoons)
- Cacao powder (1 tablespoons)
- 500 mg shilajit
- 1/3 milk of choice ( recommended Plentish almond milk)
- Maple syrup Agrade (1 tablespoon) optional
Instructions
- Simply place all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth
- Then serve when ready.
