Shilajit Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 Banana (peeled and frozen)
- Peanut/Almond butter (2 tablespoons)
- Cacao powder (1 tablespoon)
- 500 mg Shilajit
- 1/3 milk of choice (recommended Plentish almond milk)
- Maple Syrup A-Grade (1 tablespoon) optional
Instructions
- Simply place all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend until smooth
- Then serve when ready.
