Shilajit Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 banana (peeled and frozen)
  • Peanut/almond butter (2 tablespoons)
  • Cacao powder (1 tablespoons)
  • 500 mg shilajit
  • 1/3 milk of choice ( recommended Plentish almond milk) 
  • Maple syrup Agrade (1 tablespoon) optional 
Instructions
  1. Simply place all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Then serve when ready.
